I did not use for now, I hope this was a good idea if I need it

I usually purchase Geek squad coverage for items that are not inexpensive. Fortunately, I don't always need that coverage (haven't for this item) but I have on several occasions, which was helpful. And it gives me peace of mind for not much cost.

This Best Buy geek Squad for gear replacement, make me feel so comfortable any time that I go to Best Buy to buy any product, because if I’m working and anything happen I know for my experience with this Geek Squad that the service is gone just extraordinary!.

This is an invaluable purchase with a printer because of the amount of usage it undergoes.

I haven’t had to use it but it’s nice to know I have that added coverage- I would be lost trying to figure out what’s wrong if something did go wrong with my printer .

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Very good machine and saves you a lot of money, the only thing I don't like is it does't print exactly the colors you see in your screen. I've changed the shades within a single color and the printed result is the same.

The technicians are so professional and courteous. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and when your computer is returned, they explain what was done. They take the time to see if you have any questions and they are so sincere.

This printer gives excellent copies. It was easy to connect to my home wi-fi and does not use up a lot of ink. I can print from my computer or lay copies under the cover. Very easy and dependable. Great value for the price.

Must have protection on higher dollar items. Normally wouldn't consider, but when I purchased a scanner that cost more than my laser printer I want to feel confident I would be replace in the event something went wrong with it.
