    Not the first product replacement I have bought. I have used two of them to replace tvs that just went bad. Geek Squad was professional and though it took a little longer than I wanted, they finally took care of me

    Very reasonable with a total tech support discount. My last HP printer died after less than 3 years due to a hardware issue and software was also quirky.
