    One of the worst printer firmware I can think of

    Fist of all the setup require a password and nowhere to be found in any of the paper come with the printer, which take me searching around the internet for half an hour.... It is initpass, if you have to know. Second the firmware is very buggy, I have updated the firmware the the latest, and still was not be able to scan to my pc from printer, which was one of the major function I used to like on brother printers..... I am this close to pack it up and send it back to bestbuy because of the firmware, I can not believe I spend so much time try to setup this printer.... whoever write the firmware and set the password and not including that in the manual should be so shamed..... and seriously how many time those people called engineers had kill others with their intelligence..... Just give it a rest and quit put unnecessary stuff in the firmware and never be able to back it up.... this is a home office printer, just make it easy..... I am so close to send this back .... so close.... I can give it a -5 stars, I would

    OK photo printer, terrible scanner, HORRIBLE serv

    I got this printer for the ECO tank and because of the prior experience with another Epson printer. Started off great as a photo printer Scanner jammed three straight times and thought we may not have been using it properly. I just used it again and it scanned 3 of 4 documents. The worst part is when I contacted the Geek Squad, I sat there for 15 minutes with no response after giving my information and asking "Can you print?" when I am clearly having issues with the scanner!!!! Last but not least, I took in a printer for the $50 discount and the cashier did not know what she was doing and the person that was "helping" her was WORTHLESS. I ended up leaving the old printer and not getting the credit. PATHETIC!!!!!
