Honestly, to have my new headsets protected for 2 yrs for 2 bucks... it was a steal. As the associate said: "If anything happens to it, you can come in to the store and pick up a new box to replace it". Sweet and easy. (I usually only get the geek squad stuff on select items too, use your best judgment.. but for it only being 2 bucks (for this device)... hard to resist)

Hoping that I never need to replace or repair my laptop, but just in case I got the protection if I need it.

Visited the store to inquire about not being able to connect my external monitors. The first visit they could not determine why external hardware would not upload to the computer. They suggested that I have the Geek Squad set my computer and reinstall all the programs. I came back a second time to talk about having the install redone and the agent that was talking to me said all I needed was a different cable and sure enough he saved me a lot of money. I no longer needed to have the install redone.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase! I have had no trouble with my new printer!

THANK HEAVENS FOR GEEK SQUAD. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP DIAGNOSE A PARTICULARLY DIFFERENT TYPE OF "BUG" THAT MY SYSTEM CAME DOWN WITH, THEN DO A PROPER EQUIPMENT INSTALL TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THE PROTECTION IS FOR UP TO 3 ITEMS (I THOUGHT IT ONLY GOOD FOR 1 SO WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN ABLE TO HAVE WORK DONE UNDER PROTECTION PURCHASED EARLIER FOR ANOTHER ITEM)

I usually only buy the replacement warranties for expensive electronics or items that will get heavy use. I once had a computer monitor fail 2 weeks before my replacement warranty expired. They gave me store credit on a giftcard for what I originally paid for my monitor. I have able to get a better monitor and I still had a left over balance on the giftcard. I was very happy.

I like their chat feature as the tech support chat has been useful in addressing my needs. They also could fix minor glitches by using remote repairs without having you bring the computer into the store.

Adam was the BEST sooo professional and kind and sweet and diligent in ensuring the system worked, he deserves a BIG raise!!

I got a gread deal having geek squad for two years. I havent used it for my printer yet but i know they are reliable.

Got say, I never was the type that like to get insurance or warranties on items. BestBuy Geek Squad, MANH! they make it soo easy to help. Everything always get fixed or replaced, FAST! no questions! I now buy warranties at BestBuy for everything I day there. I knows is gonna last twice my expectation. THANK YOU

Purchased this with my printer. Have not had to use it so far. The extended time goes for the length of time the printer is expected to last. So is a good investment.

4 year replacement option is awesome! Geeksquad makes a replacement an extremely easy process for the consumer!

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronic headset.

Haven't had to use it yet but it is priced good. I have purchased the Geek Squad before and liked it. Good pease of mind.
