I had bought an HP officejet pro 9015 printer it was not printing right the right way so I took it back to the store and they did an exchange for me.

I purchased this for a printer. After running into issues with my printer I’m indifferent about having purchased it. I ended up replacing my printer through the company’s warranty rather than geek squad because going through geek squad would have been a one time replacement and wouldnt have covered the new printer they would’ve issued me.

When i purchase higher priced things i love to add the protection. Its very easy to turn in if you have an issue. I get this for my headsets cuz they dont last that long and i get my full price i paid to get a new one. Love it

I have not used the sqard yet however I am quite sure that they can get it done whatever it is.

Tricky question...why? Because the Geek Squad personnel were EXCELLENT. The WAIT to get them scheduled was NOT. So...people 5 stars...process...2 stars.

Always a good thing to have Extra warranty. What's a couple of dollars.

Warranties are so helpful and reliant. I suggest to always buy product warranty for anything bought at best buy. Their feel squad is very good at working with customers especially in technical complications.

What can I say about the Geek Squad that would even be close to how they have saved my computers over the years for me. They have helped my business when I needed them via the phone diagnostic repair.

When spending as much on whatever it was that I purchased this for, it made sense to do. I bought a lot in a short period of time so I don’t remember what it was that I purchased this for.

So worth the peace of mind, all you need is your digital receipt, some time to do some troubling shooting with the Geek Squad tech over the phone. If that didn’t work go to the store and exchange for another item. Easy!

I purchased the 4 year warranty to fix or replace. Hope I never have to use it but have it just incase. I normally don’t purchase warranty’s but to pay that much just for a printer I added it.

This takes care of service and installation and if anything unforeseen happens to your new product or appliance!

I like to buy most of my tech from Best Buy because they're convenient when it comes to protection and replacement. I happened to buy a Canon PIXMA printer, and it started having problems so I just replaced it.

length was well worth the little amount I paid to cover the printer for an extended period of time. I dont usually get extended warr's, but I will for printers from on, cuz they seem to break a lot more often than other applince type products. A great buy at Best Buy for this one.

Have not used it thankfully, but at least i know i still have it in case it breaks down

Geek Squad has been a HUGE help! I called and they immediately helped me, instead of putting me on hold forever like other help lines!

The 2 year product replacement was a great value. I felt like the price was very in line with product cost and it proved to be very useful. Very glad I purchased. New product is working perfectly but feel confident that if something went wrong it would be taken care of.

The Geek Squad are very helpful and they know their business. Have used them many times.

I buy GSR on all major purchases. Murphy's Law has taught me that if something is going to break, it will be the day after the expiration of the manufacturer's limited warranty. My experience with the Geek Squad replacement process has always been positive.
