I was told square trade will need original receipts etc which may be hard if item was purchased a while ago. With geek squad I just walk into the store with my old item and they can pull up my records. Only caveat yes it’s a lot more costly than square trade!

So far, we haven't had our Logitech - Create Keyboard Case for Apple iPad long enough to use the warranty protection. When dealing with Best Buy being they are a stand up company we have never had any issues when it came to using our warranty plan purchased from them.

I have purchased several different time line plans with Best Buy (depending on the item and the replacement cost) and they have replaced and repaired several items on these plan without question. Thank you!!!

I haven't had to use it (and maybe won't have to use it), however; I absolutely Love Best Buy's Product Replacement Service. I've used it on other products and have Never had an issue.

I purchased a netgear Night Hawlk and it went bad. the routher was never right it was so bad, but Geek squad took care of it I got a new Linksys that I usually purchase but salesperson talked me into the Netgear found that my new Linksys was making my internet screem so fast

I will not buy any other product without Geek Squad protection! I did one time and had to deal directly with the manufacturer and that was exceptionally painful. I can call geek squad and they get things done!

I always make sure I get the product replacement guarantee because it's so easy to replace your items when they stop working. It gives you that peace of mind.

Hope i dont have to use this, but its a small price to pay if something does happen.

Keep in mind that by the time you need to replace the item it may not exist anymore in which case you get a similar item or store credit .

Purchased this to protect the new printer I bought to replace the last one that stopped working right after the manufacturer’s warranty expired. I didn’t buy this extra protection for that one. DOH!

I’ve had 2 of my multiple printers go out and I would never buy another printer without buying the 2 year replacement warranty. They were great and replaced it with a new one without question.

I have three boys and as tou can imagine they destroy everything even without meaning to. So this saves me from having to spend hundreds on broken merchandise when i can just walk in verify my purchase and boom i got a brand new one. You all need this to be added it will save you too.
