great program, every time you go to BEst Buy to replace something with this, becomes easier than ever. I love this program and I don't buy anything without registering on this.

Like always a good product especially if it's being purchased with a product that can break easily withing the time it will be used. Especially printers from HP which usually have ink carriage jams every year or so!

My last HP printer 'survived' over 4 years with no issues. Earlier years, however, were hit-or-miss on duration. I bought replacement plan to be safe: very inexpensive plan to purchase, good for two years. When my HPs have had problems in past, it was within 12-18 months....or never.

This plan has proved to be so useful. We've taken in both computers and both laptops this year. Had to take one laptop back a second time. Geeks are very helpful if you have any questions. It's definitely worth the money.

These guys and gals are beyond amazing! Please if you are unsure to purchase, please do cause they are super heros! Their level of patience is amazing as well. And they never make you feel dumb.

I had bought an HP officejet pro 9015 printer it was not printing right the right way so I took it back to the store and they did an exchange for me.

I purchased this for a printer. After running into issues with my printer I’m indifferent about having purchased it. I ended up replacing my printer through the company’s warranty rather than geek squad because going through geek squad would have been a one time replacement and wouldnt have covered the new printer they would’ve issued me.

When i purchase higher priced things i love to add the protection. Its very easy to turn in if you have an issue. I get this for my headsets cuz they dont last that long and i get my full price i paid to get a new one. Love it

Tricky question...why? Because the Geek Squad personnel were EXCELLENT. The WAIT to get them scheduled was NOT. So...people 5 stars...process...2 stars.

Warranties are so helpful and reliant. I suggest to always buy product warranty for anything bought at best buy. Their feel squad is very good at working with customers especially in technical complications.

I have not used the sqard yet however I am quite sure that they can get it done whatever it is.

What can I say about the Geek Squad that would even be close to how they have saved my computers over the years for me. They have helped my business when I needed them via the phone diagnostic repair.

When spending as much on whatever it was that I purchased this for, it made sense to do. I bought a lot in a short period of time so I don’t remember what it was that I purchased this for.

So worth the peace of mind, all you need is your digital receipt, some time to do some troubling shooting with the Geek Squad tech over the phone. If that didn’t work go to the store and exchange for another item. Easy!

I purchased the 4 year warranty to fix or replace. Hope I never have to use it but have it just incase. I normally don’t purchase warranty’s but to pay that much just for a printer I added it.

I like to buy most of my tech from Best Buy because they're convenient when it comes to protection and replacement. I happened to buy a Canon PIXMA printer, and it started having problems so I just replaced it.
