Had an issue with a printer I purchased the previous year went to the store not knowing what to expect..had the Geek Squad warranty ..left the store within 10 min with a new printer anf a gift card..EXCELLENT..service..couldn't believe the customer service..

When purchasing an appliance from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

I have purchased several Geek Squad Product Replacement plans in the past. They have served me very well when a product has experienced mechanical failures due to manufacturing. I was able to return the item in exchange for a new one—or a different product, altogether.

I opted for a 2 year product replacement for my smart tv, based on my prior experiences with Geek Squad. So far I have had no trouble, but I know I can depend on Geek Squad if a problem should arise.

The geek squad has been able to answer all my questions. They have been able to straighten out all my issues with my equipment as well. Having them stand behind the products they sell sets my mind at ease.

I don't usually buy extra protection on products I buy but I did for my printer and it was definitely worth it! I already had to take advantage of it and replace my printer when I accidentally broke it!! Definitely a great thing to buy if you arent a perfect person!

Always good to get on certain products rather deal with best buy then apple tbh and just makes things easier good replacement options always got a new product in my case

I purchased this plan based on a previous experience I had when a different product had technical problems. It was a great help to be able to get support and questions answered at me local store when I needed to utilize a previously purchased Product Replacement Plan.

Warranty is good and service for geek squad is gread

I purchased the warranty for the onli.ne printer and it was a good deal. Good thing I did because the primter had a lot of problems and needed to be replaced . With the best buy warranty all I had to do was return it to the store and they gave me anew one immediately

Nice to know I am protected if I have any issues. If I need my items fixed or help setting them up I can just call.

I try to buy all of my electronic though Best Buy because of this plan. Employees are always so nice and helpful. I will never buy another company's replacement plan because I have already found the best!!

Warranty is for four years so we will await not needing to use this replacement warranty.

I purchased this by accident but after a set of computer speakers stopped working after 3 weeks it definitely paid for itself. I would recommend on expensive everyday items that get heavy use.

Amazing product and amazing team. My visit took about 8 minutes and they helped me find the item right away!
