Always get one before you leave, they are well worth it and replace the item and or get you a new one if you have an issue!

I purchased this to have some piece of mind. Fair price for 2 year protection. Although other stores provide same protection time length for a bit less. I haven't had to use, but I'm sure Geek Squad will be responsive.

It is good a good deal on getting the geek squad product replacement because if your like me who uses their stuff that they own heavily it is a good insurance to have.

I like to get the extra protection been you are able to return the item to the store and not have to deal with the manufacturer.

The print quality is nice, but it runs out of ink to fast compared to other printer I have had; such as the Epson.

I have been buying these product replacement plans for years. The way electronics are these days I believe its just something you have to factor in to the price.

This was actually a really good deal. It was 5 buck and it covers my headset if anything happens to it Couldn't pass it up and I usually don't buy the extended warranty.

I can't tell you many times the program has helped out. Recently my sons watch broke and we were able to replace it so easily. I shop at BB because of the program.

I never ever purchase a product without this service. Even if the manufacturer offers some protection. I feel confident in making sure my product stays protected!!

Prior to purchase, Best Buy did not disclose that I would need to leave my old and new laptops, with my passwords, for 1 to 2 days with no visibility to what was happening. Very disappointed. Did not use service. Moving all my data to one drive made it more complicated to set up the new drive. I previously used PC Mover. It was cheaper, easier, and I didn't have to provide my passwords to strangers for up to 2 days. Geek Squad on-line was not helpful either.

The geek squad is the best that I could have invested in. They are great services especially helping me with my technology.

Had problems with the Logitech iPad Air 2 keyboard on two occasions. Easy replacement of the same item with Geek Squad replacement warranty. Would definitely recommend.

Geek squad immediately responded when the printer stopped working and they had refunded full amount. Great service and recommend.
