you can never go wrong with protection plan from bestbuy have never had a problem when i needed to use it

I had to use this replacement plan for my echo dot. My echo dot stopped working and was replaced with no problems.

Not sure how to rate this, since I’m not sure what this guarantee replaces? Is it my printer, stove, dishwasher or refrigerator? Or perhaps it guarantees replacement of the Mac laptop or Apple iPad Air? It would be nice to know for sure, in case I need to replace something!

I've used the geek squad before, and they're always nice and helpful!

I have not had to use this for the printer that I bought, but have used it in the past. I am selective when purchasing, but have found it worthwhile when needed.

We love Geek Squad! We buy the service for all our printer ms and computers now. They are great to work with.

They told me to bring my old printer for $50 off. It didn't even work, but they still gave me the rebate. Since the replacement is $50, it was essentially free.

I have never decided to take advantage of the extended warranty offered by Best Buy. However, since experiencing issues with my HP and the cost and extended time to order the parts, I felt it was well worth the few extra dollars to cover this time. Hopefully I'll never need it.

How nice not to have to go to the store to buy expensive ink. They keep up with how much ink you have used and send it automatically when you are low. Great service!!
