I haven't had to use it yet because my product that I got covered is still in good working condition, but the price I paid for a two year protection plan was fair enough.

Purchased this for numerous items. Haven't had to use it much, but when I do they are always accommodating, professional and do they job right the first time.

So much can go wrong with a laser color printer! Geek squad has always solved all my problems. I recommend this protection. There's no hassle and they stand behind the product!

Definitely worth it for headphones. We used it to replace headphones after 1 year. Returned for a replacement with no hassle.

Worry free when you get the extended warranty from Best Buy. Anything happens take it to Best Buy store and swap it out.

Nothing worse than just buying a product and having a freak accident break the screen. This may cost a little extra but it's really nice having a product replaced no problem.

I cant say much about this because luckily I have not had to use it. For the price I paid it is a cheap insurance policy.

I always buy the geek squad protection never know when it might come in handy and when it does it’s an easy replacement.

This printer has never once been able to print something clearly. It's always disconnecting from the internet and flashing lights. It ran out of color ink after one small color image was poorly printed.

Honest with other products I have brought in the past as to whether or not it is able to be fixed or needed to be replaced. I have confidence in their abilities.

I have used the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement several times and the Geek Squad has been wonderful. They answer questions without making me feel dumb!!!!!

Haven't had to use this yet, but my hopes are high judging by the excellent service always by the Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Got this warranty on a computer mouse and can write a better review if I ever have to use it. Hopefully its an easy replacement process. Never have had to use it before.
