My monitor decided that it didn't want to work anymore. BB replaced it with no questions asked.

After his 3rd broken 'entry level' gaming headset in 12 months, we gave in and added this to the more expensive headset purchase. Hopefully we get the full year out of it.

I have not had to use the warranty, but I know those who have. Its better to have it than not, but sometimes not worth it depending on the sale price.

I purchased a warranty for a headset I purchased had to use it 10 months later no questions ask

They will definently fix anything up thst you need. I had a pare of headphone that got messed up and Geeksquad was there to help

I would recommend getting this. My printer stopped working after a year. Best Buy replaced it with a new one with no problems.

There geek squad protection plan is amazing it covers the price you paid on the product and will replace it if they don't have it or if the item is no longer avaliable.

I have never had a problem that my local geek quad cannot solve. Zach and Reggie are top drawer techs.

I purchased the 2 year extended warranty on printer/scanner I bought for my daughter. I'm glad I did because it will scan but for some reason printed pages come out blank.

I usually never buy these but decided to. After almost 2 years my printer died and replacement was absolutely no hassle or questions at all. Worth the small cost.

Never had to use it but they are very helpful for advice on things that I’ve had to ask about.

I had a problem with my camera and the tech was very helpful and polite when helping my trouble shoot the problem

Ditto to last post! Geez, I buy a lot at Best Buy. Guess I bought this! I'm sure it will help if I have a problem!

We have not used it yet, but if you read the contract, it's well worth the money to have an easy replacement, if needed.

I always get Geek Squad protection for my purchases. Best Buy is the best place to buy devices and other home items.

I bought this for a headset that generally breaks every year or so. It's great for that type of stuff. I wouldnt buy it otherwise.

This is a great piece of mind for the price. I have not had to use the service. The set up was pretty easy, It's just good to know I have this if I need it.
