My wife and I purchased 3 computers apiece over the years from Best Buy and we have always put the warranty on them and have used each warranty at least twice.

Geek Squad makes good on it policies, saved me immense grief on an end-of-life product that has lost its durability.

When purchasing any computer or electronic devices, a person should purchase protection for their devices. The Geek squad employees are knowledgeable.
