While I have used the Geek Squad on 3 separate occasion and they were able to solve my problem it is very time consuming. On one occasion taking 5 hours. I do ask they please do not change any of my setting and each time something I have come to depend on has been changed. I guess that has to be a trade off to get problems fixed????? I wish there was a maybe in suggesting to a friend.

The folks were great assistance in helping figure out what plan to get.

I have not needed to use this service, but had in the past and feel it is a good option for more expensive products.

For the price, this is a great piece of mind. I bought a good router, so it is nice to know it is protected if something happens.

Greek squad 2 yr product replacement works very well, but some its expensive.

If don't want your merchandise to fail buy the extended warranty.

I'm fortunate that I've not needed to use my geek squad warranty, but in the past I've needed geek squad and glad I had it.

Love the Geek Squad. If I never have to use them I will be happy, but when I have, they are great. Gives me peace of mind.
