This geek squad replacement will be the best purchase ever if my headphones break.

I purchased the Canon G7020 Mega Tank All-In-One Printer and the 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement on 6/24/2020. The printer has been difficult from the beginning and now does not print at all. While I did register this product, Canon says it's "not registered for tech support." Ok, I purchased the printer just over a year ago, but I did purchase the "2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan," so I called Best Buy. First I was told the warranty plan is expired, wrong. Next, they offered to help with the problem "through my computer," however the printer is "offline," which is another problem, so "that probably wont work" and they will need to transfer me to to a different department and I will have to pay for assistance. ??? What about my Replacement Plan?? Oh, well, I must be put on hold while he checks on that, 15 minutes later I'm disconnected. I do not recommend this product AND I do not recommend Geek Squad Warranty Plans. Buy elsewhere. If something changes, I will update this review.

I haven't had to use this but I like Knowing if something goes wrong it will be replaced without having to be sent away

I bought this thinking if I had a problem with my computer they would fix it at the store and I would get my computer back in a reasonable time. Wrong. My power button was stuck on and they would not attempt to fix it. The were going to have to send it to Kentucky to get fixed. So a month without the most important tool I have at work and missing reports that need to be finished and sent to companies. This service is a joke. If it is not something they can push buttons and fix they won't touch it in the store. Than you will have to send it off and be without. I ended up having to go to a local repair shop and get it fixed which is not cheep either, but unlike this service it was worth it. No reason to go to Best Buy now. I'll take my busines someplace else now. I can get a worhless replacement warranty any where.

The geek squad warranty is worth every penny and of just like $30 to $40 more you get a two year warranty

It is still fine and my son loves it. It's worth it.

Can't really rate this product yet as I've not needed to use it but it's best to have it if anything goes wrong
