I had a four year geek squad replacement and the printer stopped working and constantly beeped with a orange light constantly coming on. Returned the broken printer - best buy didn't have another in stock . So instead I was given a best buy gift card. I have a best buy credit card. My geek squad replacement was taken away. I was told the day prior they had replacement after being on hold for over 25 minutes. So I payed for a replacement for my broken printer and wasn't reimbursed . I just purchased another printer and had to pay an additional $22. Not a happy customer here. Iost money.

I would always recommend this product. Security is important.

Two years of coverage for my printer. Geek squad usually does a nice job. Worth the minimal cost.

This is good to have. 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement and does not cost much.

While I have had some issues in the past just getting hold of the Geek Squad, I still think it a good idea to have their protection on more expensive items. They have saved me money. If you have a problem getting hold of them, contact the store manage like I did.

I think I bought this for my HP printer. Will probly not have to use it. They say claims on these type of plans are only used 18% of the time.
