    I like that I have the option to purchase a product replacement. I don't anticipate needing it, but it is nice to know it is there if needed. I cannot say if it is a true 1 or 5 since I've not had to use it therefore I give it a 3. Time will tell.

    So, you have a problem with your all-in-one printer? You purchased an extended warranty to help you just in case you find yourself needing help with troubles with your printer. Don’t bother getting the warranty. Best Buy will NOT honor help without a $99.99 service fee then any additional charges. You cannot make an appointment, you cannot bring it into the store. They might be able to come to your home, in about 4-1/2 months. Ridiculous!

    My entire order was $80 for the printer and the extended warranty. I am having a problem with the print of printing and they told me I had to pay a $100 for someone to come out to fix it. It's a total scam and rip-off. Why would I pay a $100 to fix a $50 printer? I can buy the 2 printers at that price. Disgusting.
