Have never had a problem with this. They've always just replaced my broken items.

The equipment has been very good. Don't know if I will nned to use the warranty

The extension kit was needed but not part of my new diswasher. The men using it didn't know and now have some issues with my sprayer hose on my sink since they wound the new kit around underside.

I haven't had to use this yet but always sign up when it comes to pricey tech items.

Appreciate the ability to purchase this protection at time of item purchase

Good price to be covered for any issues that may arise, hopefully none will arise.

It is a real deal, but when you have a product for say close to 2-years, then that product most likely is not available with the exact model. So, I ended up buying a more expensive model, and it was not on sale. Result, I paid more than I wanted to.

Have not had to use it. Makes me feel better having it just in case.

For 5 bucks for two years on a printer I got for 20 bucks not bad at all

I signed up for hp instant ink and the printer is great along with the photos

Did not have to use. But would have been useful if needed to use.

The plans are good, but should have an expansion and not just the basics because for you to spend so much on the product and almost the same price for a protection plan it should have more coverage. Sometimes you loose out on the protection plan.
