Puts my anxiety at ease knowing what this plan covers

I am very pleased with my purchase paper prints great

The agents are very helpful and quick. Definitely recommend this for bigger items. But for smaller items it is not needed at all. For video games not so much as manufacturing warranty is enough.

For right now i haven't had problems to go and use it but i have some ussues with it i will go and take it to fix thw problem

Geek squad bent over backwards to try and help me.

Got it incase something crazy happens to my printer

They never give you any service. Once you sign up and if you want their service, they will ask additional. and they never get any job done on-time - I say this is a fraud.

When a replacement warranty be sure to know what type you are getting. Best Buy seem to have two type. One is just a manufacture extended warranty and the other is just a damage warranty.

Warning! Do NOT waste your money on these worthless protection plans. They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life, and you will be prevented at every attempt to actually USE your plan when the product breaks in less than a year.

Bought a lot of "Geek Squad" protections for different products. Forgot about them. Have never used the protection because the products purchased haven't failed. Almost a waste of money.

Recommended. This is a good product for the price.

Difficult to get through and find a rep who can help with printer issues. Tried calling, online chatting, and it seemed to go into circles. The wait time is long.

I called 3x last night to the geek Squad and was told the third time that in order to tell me it don't print real pictures of need to bring it in for a $99 charge. I thought that's what I was paying for. Well, I am paying for that help why pay more?

Nothing bt problems with TV and Geek Squad. They kept it for little two weeks and gave it back tome with same problem. I took suggestion of the employee to buy another TV to use during the down time. They told me there wouldn't be a problem in returning it. They were partially right. I was able to return it but they charged me 20% restocking fee

I bought a service plan for my new printer. A year later and they won't help me unless I pay them more money. What a scam! I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again and I definitely won't be paying for Geek Squat again!
