Cheap Insurance

Geek Squad not worth it.

I dad problems with the printer and returned it to Best Buy. They do not repair printers. I was refunded the current sale price for the printer which ends the Geek Squad protection. I paid for 4 years of Geek Swuad and only had the printer for less than 6 months. Rip off.

I was sent a Shark vacuum cleanse, not a printer

So, I can’t comment on what I didn’t received. Contacted customsr support twice, still waiting for issue to be resolved.

Posted .Our Geek Squad Product Replacement Plans run for a set term. It sounds like your plan expired just before your mouse did. In that case, the mouse would no longer be covered by that plan. In the future, you may want to consider longer plans to have a higher chance of the product needing replacement while the plan is still active.
