Naw I'd pass

Barely used microwave, little over two months old caught fire and no one will assist. Multiple names documented and no one knows what to do with an appliance that catches fire.

Not worth the money

I thought most problems would be covered, but when I encountered a problem with outdated drivers and requested assistance I was told told the policy only covered a "total replacement" if the machine basically "blew up". I got no help whatsoever with a product "problem" unless the machine just stopped working entirely. Maybe my fault for not reading the tiny (not small) print. Definitely bad waste of money!

Wish Best Buy had a different way to protect purch

They no longer send emails when coverage is about to expire and when I called they transferred me to a number of people until someone just hung up. Called again and had me on hold forever. Very disappointed and displeased with this service. Will take my business elsewhere
