    Terrible service!!! Requested I bring in my printer in on a Monday at 11am. Two weeks away! Like I can take off work to drop off a printer! They said it was because of the pandemic. Why can't it just be dropped off??!! Very inconvenient. Don't waste your money.

    worst printer I ever purchased. I will never buy an other HP printer. They have me by the throat with the ink. The software is constantly getting in the way of the work. I hate it it is the worst garbage printer. If I lived in a 2 story house I would have thrown it out the window. DON'T buy HP printers.

    Geek Squad should send an email prior to your protection ending.... I had protection on my printer but tried to troubleshoot it myself.... meanwhile I could have gotten a new printer... my protection lapses during Covid and they would not help me.

    Takes to long to get appointment. Using Covid as an excuse, just does not work anymore. Hire more help or stop selling more memberships if you can not keto up with demand as me provide timely service.

    had to repurchase because my printer broke in less than a year. received a new printer but had to repurchase geek squad

    The only thing that went well is that they showed up on time. We asked if they could make everything easier to use as we have several remotes and I get frustrated with them. They did not help us with our outdoor speakers or any remotes in the house. My husband ended up figuring it all out on his own. Keep your money.

    I have purchased several laptops and other products that come with geek squad help and protection. however, every time I had a problem with my product, it was never covered by them. They gave me the run around every time. I was not happy with them. Some people might be, just make sure to read what is covered first.

    Garbage, It won't even print anymore. It says it is on the network but their hp smart says it isn't. I have been very cautious of buying anything from best buy anymore.

    I have bought my divice online with protection plan but when the device was defective I called they weren't able to get it to work for me fake protection plan.

    Not happy with this program at all. If you don't carry a product anymore and it goes out, just replace it with a similar product. Not tell the customer 2 -3 months for repairs.
