Plan sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not worth at all, you but this and 2 years later you got issues with the product , you go for replacement and they don’t have the same model, all you get is the same amount back and spend more on replacement + the plan Very tricky one from Best Buy

Don't bother

Tried and failed to repair lap top

No repair completed that resolved my problem including the key board not working correctly. I will never use this service again. What a waste of money. They also turned off my auto backups.

Bad Service

The technician failed to tell us he would be messing up our factory radio and speakers or that the back up camera and radio would be so limited. I would never recommend this service.

get accident protection instead

Caught unaware

My juicer stopped working and Best Buy said I had to call the actual juicer company and talk with them about warranty bc the geek squad would start covering it AFTER the manufacture warranty ended.
