    Not worth at all, you but this and 2 years later you got issues with the product , you go for replacement and they don’t have the same model, all you get is the same amount back and spend more on replacement + the plan Very tricky one from Best Buy

    I have never found it more difficult to get support on a product than after paying for the Geek Squad support

    Tried and failed to repair lap top

    I took my corrupted lap top to 3 different Geek Squad for repair. No repair completed that resolved my problem including the key board not working correctly. I will never use this service again. What a waste of money. They also turned off my auto backups.

    I was not happy with it I did not like the menu control very hard to understand

    I was very disappointed with the back up camera. The technician failed to tell us he would be messing up our factory radio and speakers or that the back up camera and radio would be so limited. I would never recommend this service.

    useless at $25. instead get accident coverage @$7.99. its cheaper and no matter what they will give you another procuct.

    I was unaware I was purchasing this until I received my final invoice. Honestly, I hope the printer calls it quits within the warranty period, so I can use this $50 warranty purchase.

    Called them over the phone they told me to go into the store (it was closed due to the pandemic) to have my problem addressed. Waste of my money.

    Hardly have the need to use it! The only thing that maybe will use if needed is the one-year warranty. They should add the 4 year replacement after the warranty expires.

    Pretty annoying. My juicer stopped working and Best Buy said I had to call the actual juicer company and talk with them about warranty bc the geek squad would start covering it AFTER the manufacture warranty ended.
