    The laptop is brand new JUNK that wont do anything. Can I sell it back to BestBuy? OR first $300 takes the laptop w/this warranty!!

    I purchased this for a Canon printer, which stopped working after 8 months. The warranty was not useful, and I feel was deceptive.

    Typical cheap crap. Have had two of these printers now and both have stopped working within two yrs. Don't buy one without a protection plan.

    I paid for Microsoft 365 but it’s not on my pc or phone? I never got an email to set it up but did get over 100 emails from Microsoft telling me it expired Why?

    I picked up the laptop that was sent for repair. Although the mother board was replaced, it is still running VERY slow after GEEK SQUAD completed the diagnostics.

    We bought 2 iPhones 10x max and we thought we signed up for coverage for both but they one signed up one. Of course the one that’s not covered needs repair!

    Worst protection plan I've ever bought Walmarts protection plan beats this one by far sad for such a great company like Best Buy be associated with these clowns

    I paid for the 2 years never use the service, renewed my service paid for it and then when I went to get service they said there was a problem with my renewal and it went through and I was not covered I will never buy the warranty again

    Not worth getting a plan if they don’t have printer to replace. Ended up giving me $ back but couldn’t find anything that price. Still no printer :(

    I bought the two year warranty with the purchase of this printer/scanner and less than one month after the extended warranty expired my printer no longer works.

    buyers beware that whatever you buy here and have a full insurance on it may never be repaired replaced for you if you have any issue with it

    Be aware if you are getting this for a TV if it falls breaks or any kind of physical damage they will not replace or repair it it is only for software needed issues
