    I changed the black ink and stopped printing, changed them again and now it does not work.

    I added this protection plan when I purchased my printer, and while I haven’t needed to use it yet, I appreciate having the coverage in place. Knowing support is available if something goes wrong brings a level of peace of mind, especially with a new device. The terms were clearly explained at purchase, and enrolling in the plan was simple. I can’t speak to the service experience yet, but based on the clarity, accessibility, and reassurance it provides, it feels like a wise investment.

    Ink doesn't last. If one color runs out can't print at all.

      Thanks for leaving a review of your Geek Squad Product Replacement plan. It sounds like you are feeling unhappy with the printer that you purchased. At this time, the terms and conditions of this plan (https://goo.gl/cDfRu9) would only qualify the replacement of the printer if it is malfunctioning. I apologize for the disappointment. In some cases, you may be able to update the printer settings to use less ink, and you may also be able to bypass and print when you receive the low ink message. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer's support team to review what options might be available for you.

      Hi Jipped – I apologize that you were unable to use the second year of your 2-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It sounds like the product needed to be replaced before the full term of the plan was up. Under the Terms and Conditions of our plans, when a product is replaced the plan is fulfilled and if you want a new plan on the replacement product you would have to buy one.     Professional, Fast, and Extremely Helpful Service

    My experience with Geek Squad was excellent. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, handled the setup with care, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I appreciated their patience and how quickly they got everything up and running. It’s a great service for anyone who wants reliable help with their tech. Definitely worth it.
