Every time I have had an issue with a product breaking Geek Squad replaces it hassle free. They only ask what issue I am having.

Can't go wrong with service plan in this day and age.

2 years is pretty good for $5. I'm hoping the headphones will last longer than that, but I'm glad I'm covered.

This printer is honestly a piece of junk. It looks great, and if you plan to only print in black, scan and fax then maybe this is the printer for you. If you plan to print in color, good luck as the quality is horrid. It also turns out through phone calls and several replacements that these printers are really just scrap parts thrown together with warranty's that are outdated so they don't have to replace once you have been sent one. So onto the color, solid orange is multiple different shades with new cartridges, red is the same and black is grey. If your going to spend this amount of money, just spend the extra and get yourself a laser and save yourself the headache of messing with HP. Not really sure how this has so many high reviews but seriously please stay away from this printer. I have had a total of three now, and going on my fourth due to color quality issues. I wish they would just refund my money so I could buy a better printer as I am really sick of having to deal with this every 3 months. I have asked Best Buy to step in since I bought it from them and was within my return period but they declined and said I had to go through HP direct as I could not return it to them, I think they should have helped in doing so but declined. When I attempted to reach out to the GM to discuss the matter I was also declined and told there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to deal with HP direct. Even after I tried to explain that what they are stating in their adds is incorrect they still declined and so I am left with this and having to deal with it every three months. So please please please stay away from this model as you will truly regret it. Read the negative reviews, as I wish I would have.

My Epson Printer is a piece of garbage and even after GS came twice to fix it is still does not do the job..

NIce to have in case the device fails to perform where I can bring it to a local expert.

I regret buying this printer everyday! Not sure how there are so many good reviews on this thing. It never works, there is always some kind of issue with the printer that requires you to go to the app and try to trouble shoot. I can’t print with the regular print button off websites or on my phone. It print blank pages constantly. The ink only last a few copies and if you sign up for the ink shipping service, get ink and decide you don’t use it enough or cancel for any reason they stop your ink from working!! What a scam! Save your money and get something else. This thing just sits here and collects dust now. What a total disappointment from HP all around.

Hoping to never need it, but I'm so pleased that they have Geek Squad Protection.

Affordable product insurance. Tuff to say, I hope I don't have to use it.

Have had good luck with the program before and hope to not need to use it

Though I know I can take product back if I need to without any hassle.
