This printer is a temperamental mess. After about 120 4x6 prints from the photo tray which worked well, the printer started glitching. It will print a batch of 15 from the photo tray and then no more. It will keep thinking it's out of paper. I must close down the software. Unplug the printer. Reseat the paper. Restart everything. Then, MAYBE it will print. Sometimes this must be done several times. I have a project that must be completed, and I'm struggling to get the last 10 prints done. This machine is a massive time waster. It is NOT dependable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased this printer a year ago and used it only a few times and it’s already broken. Not sure how a printer that’s barely been used is broken. Don’t buy.

I purchased a Canon G7020 few weeks ago to replace my HP printer that lasted me for several years with no problems. I don't use it that often so I purchased a less expensive printer that turned out to be the Worst printer I ever owned. Works for a day or two, then an ERROR appears when I’m trying to do a simple print. The display doesn't tell you what type of error occurred just “ERROR”. Powering off and on does not resolve the problem, but pulling out the power cord usually does. The trouble-shooting program didn't help at all.

My experience with Geek Squad was bad. I felt like I was imposing on the technician. I did not feel like the customer.

Unfortunately, the app failed to set up the printer for wireless printing. Have been on hold for over 3 hrs to get technical support. It's obvious that HP doesn't care about helping their customers. If the app works for you, maybe the printer is good. I don't know since I can't get my printer set up. Since HP appears to no longer provide technical support for their products, I'll be switching to a different brand next time.

As a teacher with zero access to cardstock and color ink, I bought this in hopes to save money from personal funds. I'm tech savvy and this printer is awful! No set up options from the printer and will NOT print cardstock from the cassette. The printing process is laborious. I have an HP Envy and grew tired of paying high costs for constant cartridges but it least it's a powerhouse that's very user friendly.

This printer is horrible, it often has errors, looses print jobs and takes for ever to print.

Bought this printer once and it stopped printing clearly, after a year I gave it another try, purchased again, and the same thing happened again. Even after the geek squad protection, I’ve gotten terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get them to come look at it without paying more money. DON’T BUY.

I received this scanner and returned it the same day. It scanned 3 documents before it started making a loud noise and refused to scan anything else. Restarting the scanner did not work. Restarting the PC did not work. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software did not work. DO NOT BUY. I will be looking a non-Epson scanners in the future.

These just don't last long. I use very little - so 3-4 years tops.

HP sucks. Period. Just once I'd like a printer that simply prints.

You must have internet connection to install printer. Then you must use the HP app to install drivers and that takes forever now that its all installed I cant use printer because its off line and wont connect to my computer. this should not be this difficult. Never had issues installing printers in the past.

My previous HP printer shorted after about 7 years. Got this as replacement but this is poor quality printer .. paper jams, ink streaking and also does not have dual side printing

I would give a 0 star If I could. Printer was great but after few month of use it will stop connect to the wifi which makes it not able to print anything. Now it's just sitting there useless and bestbuy will not honor their warranty.

This is the worst printer I've ever owned, even counting the ones I had in the 90s. Biggest piece of junk ever. Color printing is not even close to accurate and it can only scan one paper without jamming. Awful printer.

Printer disconnects from laptops and cell phones constantly! takes a while (WASTED TIME) to reconnect! PLUS BEST BUY only gives 14 days to return! So NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I am sure the printer is just fine but Best Buy is not. Ordered printer and after 4 days they just cancelled order with out any explanation. I was counting on picking it up just the next day as my current one was broken and needed for my business. This the second time BB has done this. Purchased one on Amazon.

Y'all must have paid for those good reviews... this products sucks! It is absolutely HORRIBLE! They should call it the Doublefeed-200... total GARBAGE! What a waste of money!
