Scanning Poor

The software isn't very user friendly but the worst part it totally sucks scanning photos. If you have very old photos you want to scan good copies, don't buy this device

Don't Waste Your Money

Take my warning and do not buy this printer. You don't want to be "stuck" with a faulty piece of equipment.

Purchased coverage but not active despite proof

Confirmation email states $49.99 charge I paid to extend the warranty but now I'm charged for service? The manufacturer would do so for free The printer was about that price on sale.
