Called the Geek Squad, made an appointment, went to the store, exchanged the router, no problems what so ever. This was my First time using the Geek Squad Protection and it was an awesome experience.

I haven't had to use the geek squad yet, but having the extra coverage just gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. I have delt with the Geek Squad on another product and they are awesome!!
