An excellent Geek Squad product. Geek Squad, although very overworked, is a very good service. Good product which can be used easily by folks at home.

I can't think of a time I have had to use one of these services. The stuff been well made and worked well until way past the warranty date. I still recommend it.

I have bought electronics, vacuums and other various things at Best buy. I have always gotten the warranty and I highly recommend doing so. In addition to manufacturer warranty this is added protection.
