THE GEEK QUAD HAS ONLY HAD TO USED USED ONE TIME ON ANY PURCHASE THIS HOUSEHOLD HAS BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY. SERVICE WAS EXECELLENT.

I purchased this policy for protection! As cheap as it was from Best Buy, It was purchased along with my Canon printer! I feel it's better safe than sorry, for 2 years!

USELESS. WASTE OF MONEY. I spent my 2 days off talking to and getting transferred to multiple agents and still had to repeat myself over and over and over again. One of them even gave me a bogus Case Number, probably just so he could hang up the phone. The other agents just didn't know how to help me with my printer issues. If you live on Maui, Hawaii, USA - do NOT buy from Best Buy and this Geek Squad 4-year Product Replacement scam. Since there is no Best Buy store on Maui, they expect you to take a flight to Oahu with your printer to take it to their store branch so you can get it fixed?!? Like seriously?! Do you know how stupid that sounds? So now this agent from Guatemala sent me "return label" so I could just get a refund instead. But guess what?!? Best Buy had the audacity to return back the heavy printer back to me in the mail with a refusal note of everything. Wow!! What kind of customer service was that?? Who trained you people?? No more BEST BUY shopping for me EVER!!

I bought this protection for a 6 dollar wireless mouse. I figure if the mouse needs to be replaced, I can get a new one.

Any problem from dust heat humidity power surge and normal wear and tear, GSP will take care of you. You need this on every purchase.

I renew this every year. It’s a great product from a trusted company. The sound is perfect. I would purchase again if needed.

I have not use their product replacement, but I have no doubt that they will not work wonders like they always have in the past.

If you are using your product heavily, in this case a printer, then i recommend the protection plan that is great value and assurance that you are safe with your products purchase...

I bought my Epson printer on a budget. I needed something quickly, and I like Epson products. The price was good, it scans and copies, quickly, and works off wifi for multiple devices (I haven't needed to use the fax capability yet). One downfall I've encountered is that it goes through ink rather quickly.
