    Wouldn't have tech devices without protection plan!! You can exchange tour device for any reason, within 2 years!! I have used this plan 3 times.

    I think buying geek squad protection is a must. Just knowing it will be fixed or replace. Without having to send it away. Just take it back to the store.

    It's good to have protection on our electronics. Best Buy always have the best protection plans and I am glad I was able to have this plan and get my item covered

    With the way everything is built these days I dont know why anyone would not purchase this. I have had to use it and Best Buy made the process very simple.
