Geek Squad is a great service provided at Best Buy. Great for electronics and to act as a warranty for an item.

I had purchased this for a printer. The first time I took it in, I was having issues with streaky words or lines running the length of the page. They didn't find anything wrong so I went home but was back a couple of weeks later at which time they did replace it.

So worth the extra money. The techs are easy to work with and seem to really know their stuff.
