Better to have the free replacement than not to have it with the world we live in today.

I bought this in case my hard drive fails and so far I havent had to use it and I hope not to use it!

I haven’t had to use this yet, but it’s nice to know Best Buy offers this service if one needs it!

I made the mistake of not purchasing coverage before and paid for it in the long run. The Geek Squad coverage is amazing and hassle free

I will reconmend it to purchase this warranty for just 2 years if somenting happen you will have a new one or another of equal value.

Purchased in 2020. Worked fairly good. Had intermittent problems but was able to maintain and fix. 2 years later printer will not stay connected to internet therefore am unable to get any new updates. Will not update through phone app as well. Good that I purchased the extra protection plan. Will be returning for this is not a good reliable printer.

Geek squad is always there to save the day. There are countless times I've thought I was out of luck, but then geek squad swoops in!

With the wear and tear an all in one printer takes, $10 is a great price to pay for a safety net for repairs or replacement.
