As of yet, the geek squad experience that I’ve received has been good; staff knows how to help a customer.

Feel comfortable having protection on most of my household purchases like appliances and electronics purchases.

I didn't get it the first day but I called back the next day so that if anything happens to it I could get it replaced

I bought an item for a family member and chose this protection plan to provide peace of mind for them. If there is a problem, they can get a repair or replacement.

The two year product replacement is a comfort to know that the product is covered in the event of an incident

It was easy to call and talk to someone and have them answer questions that you needed

Have to buy warranty for all electrics worth spending couple extra dollars rather then buy brand new products

The price is right for worry free for 2 years. The pretty thing about it if anything went wrong and somehow couldn't be fix they will replace your machine.

I know with Geek Squad production, I will always receive great service and my device will be fixed or replaced.

Bought an extended warranty to go along with my first insignia purchase since I’ve never tried this brand before. So far no need to use it.

My rule of thumb is to ALWAYS get a warranty plan thru bestbuy, if something goes wrong they dont hesitate to fix the problem if not rellace it.

Best Buy offers a 2 year product replacement. Knowing that I’m covered for 2 years of all my juicing. If something goes out I’m covered & save $$$.

Always add the protection on my items I have had to use it a couple of times and is convenient

Haven’t had the need to use yet but it’s great to know that I have purchased this option for use when necessary.

Never needed it but took it with the product to be safe. Nice to have in case.

I like The Geek Squad warranty. It always is there for you? And gives you peace of mind knowing your product is covered.

I know consumer reports says dont buy a warranty, but Im the guy who has the item die the last day of the warranty or the day after. Reasonibility priced too.

Great option to have for anyone buying electronics. Always have been recommending this option to all my friends.
