I purchased this shredder to replace an older Fellowes model that died on me after 9 faithful years of shredding. I appreciate the addition of the lifting handle because the shredder unit is quite heavy. The shredder works great but it is a bit noisy. Overall a great shredder but I think my older model was more sturdy.

The first one I got wasn’t really working but geek squad replaced it and everything was as good as new.

I Always get the geek squad protection, it has paid for it self many times on many products. Would have got the 4 year only had a 2 year option.
