Item was recalled I returned it no credit issued..

I don't usually buy the replacement plans because they are timed to last about as long as the product usually does! I caved this time and we'll see.

I haven't had to use this yet, but it's nice knowing that I have it. Wasn't too expensive.

I had an issue with my lawnmower but they fixed my tv instead. We played cards after. Thanks Chad!

Haven’t needed it, like most extended warranties … but piece of mind isn’t a bad thing.

The geek squad service its to slow, it takes until 6 week to give you a response

I.never had to use the warranty, but it's good to have peace of mind

When making a large purchase I always add the protection plan to it. Have not used it but just in case I need it

This warranty wasn't really necessary considering the fact the the item I bought came with a 2 year warrantee

Not happy about prorated replacement should be fully covered

Good to use gift card and get points for that. Wish points can be used for best buy gift.

can't give this a true opinion as i have not had to use it yet. nice to have piece of mind though.
