    geek squad seems never to be able to fix the issues and its just a waste of money. i left the computer at the store and they said they could only fix hardware issues, but that i could leave it there and paying an additional 200 dolares for the membership, they could fix software issues. i agreed and i went to the store to pick it they said it was fixed and didnt charge me anything. The computer got worse, shutting off all the time, and i see no effort to have this issue resolved from their part. I understand with the covid situation i cannot take it to the store but im just frustrated and i dont see why a remote diagnosis cannot be offered due to the circumstances. I wish geek squad would be more cooperative.
