    The Geek protection is excellent

    I have been using the Geek protection for sometime .The never let me down. No surprise .They stand behind their warranty. The do not change the conditions. Best buy will go really if the performance is maintained.

    I bought a cuisinart coffee maker and what I thought was an extended warranty from Best Buy. It turns out the "BestBuy plan" ends a whole year before the manufacturers warranty runs out. Total waste of money!

    do not buy this terrible service , buy an extended warranty and you on your own. customer service no good, the tech the send to you house are cheap and unprofessionals and they leave you with the problem not fixed.

    I have never ever used geek gods lol. Maybe i should take my old laptop hard drive in to be transferred it took a crap sometime ago.

    it's comes with two years factory warranty. u don't need any extra warranty from best for 34$ product.

    Charged for this and they were to install security system do to burglary in my home now the guy coming out of jail and I have no protection

    IT DOES NOT COVER BROKEN SCREEN ON LED TVS ... AND ON CELL PHONES YOU NEED TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

    vtech has been freezing will try to check with local store what can best buy do for me as I had warrant for it. will update again with review when it is positive or negative.
