I bought the replacement policy for an electric shaver that I had purchased previously. When it decided not to work, I returned it to the store and with no questions asked, the product was replaced!

I was like should I get it or not but I did cause accidents happen and it will be good to have cause repair or replacement are expensive

This is an excellent protection plan for the product that I purchased that extends my warranty for a longer period of time than the factory warranty.

I believe in taking care of my stuff but sometimes a high use item needs a little more protection. We like and use this enough to warrant the extra cost.

Best Buy has the best warranty policy in the world. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Don't ever buy anything you plan on keeping without getting Best Buy's plan.

Always a good addition when purchasing a new product. It’s good to be protected for more then your standard one year manufacturer.

After two uses of the coffee machine the lid lost its grip to the cup, so I am glad i got it because it seems that I might need to use the guarantee soon

The product replacement is awesome, I returned my phones which didn't work well and they gave me my money back. I immediately bought new ones and of course the product replacement plan.

Warranty all of the purchases and they are the only ones who I am willing to pay for warranty with tech. No fine print just warranty.

I always get the geek squad services when I buy anything expensive. Easy to get it fix or repaired if anything should go wrong. Peace of mind.

I've yet to have a problem when using Geek Squad Product Replacement and this takes out the hassle of trying to work with the manufacturer if there are problems. Got this for a new toaster oven.

Great warranty guarantees. Haven't had any issues quite with the product yet but the price is on amazing given what the warranties offer
