Any time you purchase major electronics, you should consider a Geek Squad service contract. This takes all the worry out of the purchase. You know it will work and, if not, it will be quickly repaired or replaced.

Some things I like to do myself. And some things I want some experts to take care of. And sometimes it’s just not easy to pickup, haul and install single handedly. Geek squad is an affordable and peace of mind option. I am glad I got it.

highly recommend to purchase it purchase a Dyson hair dryer at 2019 and my dryer went down two weeks ago bring it to best buy they get me a gift card use it purchase other one very happy for it

The team of two Geekers remounted my 65 inch Sony Smart TV and set up my logitech remote. Everything worked as expected. The one issue I have in the complexity of using the remote compared with the Sony supplied remote.

the plan covers everything except for thefts. i purchased a fancy wireless headphones and wanted a protection plan for it. although my headphones were stolen after a year, they refunded me almost the full cost of the plan; one dollar less. then i purchased another pair with the same plan. so far so good.

when my computer was hacked they saved my hard drive, restored the software and cleansed the laptop of the evil hacker. They were empathetic, concerned, and repaired it all when they said they would . . . and saved my files. Thank you!!

I purchased a product replacement plan for a Keurig coffee maker. In 10 months the coffeemaker broke. Because I purchased the replacement plan, I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes with a new machine. If you can't do with out your product, be safe and purchase the replacement plan.

I got this protection plan for my Sonicare 6100 toothbrush and I am satisfied to say that I feel that I don't need to worry about losing an expensive product if it ever breaks in any way because this protection plan is such a great deal to get a replacement.

Hey nothing lasts forever so you better get some insurance. I gotta have my coffee cause I'm an addict. So geek squad will be able to fix my jones when I am feenin' and it wont cost me anything but some withdrawl sweat.

Purchased for Ninja coffee maker. Almost always purchase extended warranty on most products. Saves a lot of headaches. Best Buy always delivers excellent customer service when dealing with warranty issues. Thanks guys.

I love this service, it really nice when you have a kid that play and rough on their stuff. Doesn’t matter what happen to your items. Just brought it in to Best Buy, they will replaced it without hesitated. No problem.

The fact that I can replace my item within the 2 year on if it stops working in anyway whether from wear and tear or accidental damage is excellent. I love the fact that I can also use the protection to upgrade to a better item and then I just pay the difference !

Geek Squad is an amazing replacement Warranty, Everything I buy from Best Buy I get GSP warranty either a repair warranty for big appliances or a replacement warranty for the small devices! I’ve had great experience with them, Do NOT hesitate to get it!

I purchased this plan as I have used it with other appliances . I had.made the mistake of NOT obtaining it on a previous tv(walmart)and it burnt out after 2 yrs .I purchase this for all electrical appliances ...and have used the plan on several items over the past few yrs

So I looked high and low for a good coffee pot at the normal places.I didnt even know that best buy sold coffee pots.They had a great selection at better than best buy prices and the extended warranty was peanuts.

Some people tell me "why did you get the GSP on your _______ insert item".well for me its worth not having to pay for a new item for only a fraction of the cost of it. granted it is more expensive up front but id rather have the protection on anything i get from a store.

I always buy my appliances and electronics from Best Buy, simply because the way they allow you to exchange a product with the Geek Squad warranty is hassle free, no questions asked. You could not pay me to shop anywhere else.

This unit was perfect for keeping both the first and second floor rooms rather cozy. For its size and price I was rather surprised with the little unit. Mind you, I only needed this for the living room and second floor loft (above). This didn't reach any other rooms beyond that.

I normally don’t purchase protection plans but glad I am glad I did because my Gourmia Air Fryer died after 18 months. Best Buy took it right back snd gave me a refund in the form of a gift card.
