Thank goodness I got insurance didn’t have to perches the item again out of pocket they just exchanged it and allow me to add insurance to the replacement this is awesome

Best Buy's geek squad protection and warranty replacement is the best protection plan available than any other store. If they cannot fix it they replace the product. This reason alone is why I try to purchase any product available at Best Buy.

Highly recommend when purchasing an electronic device etc to take out the product replacement in case anything goes wrong with it within the 2 year coverage. The product gets replaced.

Provides peace of mind - even though it has not been used so far. I have purchased and utilized Asurion warranties on items in the past, and always been very happy with the service.

For items I use a lot (with a potential for breaking, such as my humidifier or printer) or may drop a lot (such as my cameras), I have opted to get Geek Squad protection. I have had a couple of bad experiences with Geek Squad not giving me the full value of what I originally paid, but otherwise have had them replace the product, allowing me to get a new one without having to pay the full amount for a new product again. Alas, I keep going back for my high use items.

Piece of mind for sure. I brought this along with the 32" Television I purchased for my son. It's great to have it and to know that if something goes wrong with our TV I can take it back to get replace.

Buying Geek Squad Protection plan for your purchased items is a no brainer. Not fretting when your bought item,s go bad or need repair or replacement. Your covered, pretty simple, must buy always.

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.

I don't always purchase protection plans for everything i buy but for something as complicated and somewhat delicate as espresso makers it is definitely worth the expense. No matter what happens, your purchase is protected.

Always get the GSP-R. Peace of mind that you can come in and swap it out is unmatched. Things are changing but if they offer the replacement then I'd always get

I have had to use this once before and it was pretty much painless. The plan is straightforward and at anytime one of the Geek squad members can help me with any questions or concerns.

I think coverage is highly recommend, always get fir major purchases if possible. Good service on a problem I had shortly after getting tv. Nothing major and working very well.

A lot of times with a warranty they will send it out and take a while to figure it out but bestbuy is different when it comes to most things they do it in store and I love that
