This service is a life saver for all products that they covered. I have had products replace or fix using this service. I recommend this service for whenever you buy something at BestBuy.

I personally don't make a habit of buying extended warranties but Best Buy warranties are the exception to the rule. They are fair priced and best of all everything is handle by them in the store. I don't have to mail it away, if they can't fix it on sight they will ship it for you NO hassle.

I’m sure the service is great. Haven’t used it yet because the product that it has been applied to has been running great. But I’m sure if something ever goes wrong. I know who to go to!

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

I always get a warranty on most items i buy from Best Buy because its no hassle, if there is a promblem they address it or make it right by giving a credit to purchase a new product at the current price.

I bought the replacement plan and thought I was going to have to explain myself in regarding what I did to break it and I didn’t they just replaced it!!!!! I would and will recommend buying it on every purchase.

Very awesome to know that if I ever have any questions or concerns I can turn to the Geek Squad for help. I have not needed the service but it is a relief to know that they are there for me if I do!

I buythese pland for anything over $150.00 and when I have to use them, I am happy with the replacement service. I only use them 20% of the time though before they end.

Especially on those high dollar items you want to make sure that you’re protected. I’m a big advocate on having the best buy warranty because unlike other warranties best way is always pulled through for me

I always purchase protection plans for any expensive item i purchase. Especially from a major retailer like BestBuy. I have peace of mind knowing my purchase is protected for the future.

We had this service and when we had questions they were so helpful on the phone to help us fix any issue we might of had or did not know how to do something properly without having to go to the store

We buy 99.9% of all our electronics, appliances, games, etc. from Best Buy and always purchase the warranty. It is nice to know, if there is an issue with something we have bought, the Geek Squad will take care of us and/or replace the item in question or having problems!

Love the fact that I can have peace of mind when purchasing at Best Buy, I know I can go to them for any issues with my items. Would recommend extended warranty always.

Service is awesome, they returned my money, i just spent 4$ for 2 year protection, for $18 device, which is 0.0053333333333333 coverage per day !!.... Please attach this service, wherever its applicable.

Its great to be cover with "Geek Squad" a excellent protection for any of your purchase it. Its an excellent service, afther I bought an item, never walk out the store without a Geek Squad protection.

Great warranty system! Most of the time places ask for warranties, and they're just shoddy "works after manufacturer's warranty expires." Nope, not 2 year geek squad replacement. They'll replace the item you bring in when accidents occur. Highly recommended!

Geek Squad worked out perfect for me. I replaced all my kitchen appliances and getting all of them installed was really helpful

I personally love purchasing this extra protection for my products. It leaves a good feeling with you knowing you have the Geek squad behind you when you make a significant purchase.

Even though my griddler is working awesome I never know if maybe I would need for it to be replaced with a brand new one and only for a couple dollars more! For example maybe because of a power surge. The warranty covers for two years which is a good time frame.

My wife uses her Instyler every day. She loves it, but some of the parts are cheap plastic. Eventually they just wear out, come unglued or simply break. The BB Geek Squad 2-yr replacement is no questions asked replacement. It is worth the money on this item.
