They are such an amazing and quick service to use I had an issue with my ninja bundle I bought for my kitchen and they were quick to give me a replacement.

the geek squad protection plans are affordable and give you peace of mind because if anything happens with the product outside the normal warranty of only 1 year for almost everything...geek squad has you covered.

I haven't had to use it but i always buy the replacement plans just in case it malfunctions. I would rather spend a few more dollars to have one get replaced than buy another one at full price any day.

Luckily I've never had to use them yet but it's nice to know and have the peace of mind that they're there to help if I need them.

The cost of this plan was great because if anything goes wrong with the product I bought, this replacement plan will have cost less than the cost of having to ship my product back to the manufacturer.

I love this agreement because the prevent me for accidentally damaged of my stuff I bought and help me to return my item to store to replace by a new one.

Most kitchen gadgets today are digital with computerized elements that tend to break after a while. It's good to know for a low cost you are protected and product will be replaced, not fixed!

I absolutely love this service. If the product begins to act up or I don't feel it works as it should I can immediately take it back for replacement or store credit.

Always get the protection plan. Never a problem getting something fixed or replaced. FOR FREE. Well not for free. The plan does cost something. But a great value

I love that their warranty is product replacement. It takes away any fears. Especially when buying a child's product. If they don't have a replacement in store they will mail one to your house. Great service.
