I generally purchase the protection plans that Best Buy offers with Geek Squad. I have not had any major issues getting any problems resolved.

I buy extended warranties on almost all my big ticket Best Buy purchases. I do not know that I have experienced a better program anywhere else.

Even though I haven't had a need to contact Geek Squad thus far, I know it won't be an issue because I experienced great services from them before.

I bought the replacement policy for an electric shaver that I had purchased previously. When it decided not to work, I returned it to the store and with no questions asked, the product was replaced!

Agents took care of downloading files on laptop which was broken and saved all files for future use - work was done quickly and professionally

Haven’t had to use warranty yet but the way it was explained to me bring item back to store and receive the next version of the item purchased.

I think it is worth getting a Geek Squad Product Replacement because if anything goes wrong with your product It can be replaced.

Had an issue with my Keurig coffee maker .Brought it in to Best Buy and got a new one no questions asked. Put another 2 year warranty on this one also. You never know may need it in the future

Everytime an agent comes in to fix something, it's always been n a joy! The job their doing is great and I can't complain. They're courteous and friendly.

Love this service my stove digital panel broke and it was fixed but for some reason broke down again and they fixed that part even though my warranty ran out.

When ever you buy something from Best Buy. Always make sure to add Greek squad protection. Because you can never go wrong with it.

If you are buying an expensive electronic piece, especially for gaming, you are a fool to NOT buy the protection.

I always get protection for all my electronics if it is offered. Saves me a bunch of headache of dealing with the manufacturers. Best Buy services are good and generally customer centric.
