I purchased this shredder to replace an older Fellowes model that died on me after 9 faithful years of shredding. I appreciate the addition of the lifting handle because the shredder unit is quite heavy. The shredder works great but it is a bit noisy. Overall a great shredder but I think my older model was more sturdy.

I was having problems with my water pick/floss combo. They helped me upgrade to a better model with my warranty.
