I never thought I would need an extended warranty for my juicer. I got it anyway because it was so cheap. I am so glad I did, because I have already had to use it. It was very easy, to return the juicer and receive a new replacement.

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

I usually get the protection plan and it has always been to my benefit. When it comes to installing a television or blue ray player I have the pros do it!

My product stopped working after about a year and a half and warranty was close to expiration. Product was no longer in stock so I received a gift card for the amount I paid for the irptem.

Geek squad derive helped helped me with the replacement of my blades for my blender. I wasn’t questioned about how it stopped working and it was just fast service.

It is one of the best and cost-effective purchases ever done at Best Buy. we use this every day and nothing happens to it. This is the second one we are purchasing after 2 years. It does everything what you can expect from it.

I always try to purchase a extra protection plan on my appliances. But really Best Buy is very good about service on what they sell. Just keep your receipts. They sell top brands so between the two they usually can resolve any issues.

Since I have had so many problems with humidifiers going out within 1 year, I decided that I would get the extended 2 year geek squad protection with my new humidifier. I've used geek squad in the past and have never had a problem.

What the Geek Squad replacement fixing parts it's a great thing although a my original kitchen aid mixer they still working I'm headed over 20 years now so don't know a fellow Bernie Geek Squad but it's a good thing to try

In my experience geek squad as a whole has never failed anyone I know. When you see bad reviews, usually those people didn't know what to expect or have never had a retail customer service job. (And they are all usually old anyways) GET THE GEEK!!!

The protection plans are something you will always want to add to your purchase every time . They will pay you back if ever have your product break down on you .

Many people think these plans are "Scams" to get your money. But they pay for themselves considering how often technology breaks on people. We always buy one and have yet to not use it! Free fixing and replacements is great! I love it!

It is very simple: For any electronic today, subscribing to a protection plan is necessary. I have used before and it has resolved my issues with the devices covered.

So far, so good. I have only had one failed product covered but when replacement was required, a gift card for the full amount of the original purchase price was supplied.
