Love the replacement plans I can always just go in the store and walk out with a new functioning product rather then going threw the manufacturer and waiting for ever to get a product I have to pay to get shipped.

The geek squad protection plan offers resolving issues without the need to send it to the manufacturer. Although I did have an issue the last time I needed to have something replaced but it was ultimately resolved in the end.

Love that when i have an issue the geek squad does a great job in fixing my devices. I also love that am able to take it in ang get another replacement without any hassle.

I was able to return a fan that stopped working after a year of purchase. The fan was in stock so I was able to get a new one.

I buy the insurance because i always seem to have bad luck with small electronics. I never have to worry because i can always get help and a replacement.

I would suggest get this coverage because you never know when you'll need it but it's a great deal to have it when you need there help for something

The plan means that if I have an issue, I don't have to deal with the manufacturer I have been messed over by many manufacturers in the past, and Best Buy has always stood behind their protection plans and replaced my items. It's a must buy

Whenever I buy something from Best Buy I always get the replacement plan. Most of the time we never use them due to the great products Best Buy carries but it dose give us a piece of mind if we need to use it

You just never know whenever it break or not working. They are willing to fix it or replace it. Geek Squad agents always friendly and positive attitude to listen your questions.

You can’t put a price on peace of mind. I saved money on the deal of the day. For a few bucks I can have this covered for 2 years. It’s worth it to me. I don’t get many lemons from Best Buy but just in case ... :)

I don't have to worry about purchasing another shredder any time soon. If something was to go wrong I can get it replaced with no problem. That makes it cheaper on me. I get to save money that I may not have at the time.
