I tried to use it on my computer purchase. I needed help transferring the data. That isn't what this plan was for but they did show me how to complete the process.

This product replacement was never explained to me as is something I would be paying for, when I found out that that is what it is I disputed it. It was canceled and a confirmation number was given to me from an agent at the Greek squad dept, yet I’m being billed for it. I sometime later found out that the charge was still on my bill, I call Best Buy and they told me that the compustart was not return, that is not so because it is in your record and I have a receipt. Now my bill for April comes back with no adjustments to it. I’m getting tired of this and I m about to take other steps. Your respectfully O Straker.

why would you not protect your product, and the rates are not bad
