They would not even look at the problem. I was told I would have to buy a new pen. The new pen never worked properly. Finally, it stopped working all together in about a week/. So I contacted Microsoft. Come to find out, it was a software issue. My original pen was replaced, along with the entire computer. Do not waste your money on Geek Squad service through Best Buy, they are not very helpful

DO NOT GET THE 2-YEAR RETURN WARRANTY

I have found out that if you have a problem with a purchase and Best Buy decides to replace it, they will say the plan is fulfilled and you have to buy another warranty for the replacement.

Product Replacement? Nope
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a toaster oven (Oster - Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven - Stainless-Steel Model Number: TSSTTVDG01) that went dead after a month. Returned it to local Best Buy today. BB said unit no longer available, would only offer amount paid for original unit on exchange. Problem is, I bought on a deal of the day, so I was losing the benefit of the savings I got on the original sale. When I asked about a "comparable model" for replacement per the product replacement portion of the 2-year replacement contract, the manager (Steude) said there was no comparable model available because the same model is no longer available. Contract says I would be given a "comparable" model if original was not available, Steude said there was no comparable model. I ended up having to pay extra for another brand item with similar features to the Oster I returned (closest unit to size, finish, and features to the original Oster. Would have been satisfied with replacement of the same unit, but although advertised online for a higher price than I paid for it a month ago, BB insisted unit is no longer available (and the is no "similar" unit that can replace it. Not happy with result of transaction, nor BB's interpretation of their own product replacement "warranty." BB lost an Elite Plus Member Customer today.
