2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, have not used this but looking forward to using it soon. Recommend it to any electronic equipments.

Have not use this item yet so I'm not quite sure how to review it. I guess it's nice to know that you have peace of mind it you have an issue.

I purchased geek squad for something that isn’t likely to break and I unfortunately did not purchase it for something that was likely to break.

Nice coffee maker except 1st it stopped working within 1 year now the handle of the cup holder is loose and keeps coming off

Replacement is good but hate that you have to purchase again if you use it once. I thought when you paid for 2 years it was for 2 years

It does not recommend it anymore, it is lost explaining what problem the product has and also they charge the deductible

Should of took it to apple as bb charges same price and is done by out side vendors where apple fix is in house

Although I hate paying for warranties, I do like the fact that if it breaks they will replace it with the new one. But they will only replace it one time.

Not really a fan of their service but it can use useful if you think you will break your device.

The geek squad is great, i dont understand how what they do but when you need them the job is exemplary

Good at first, blends well, very easy to clean, the only problem is that it broke after 3 months.

It is expensive servicebut it provides a security for any product purchased. Checking extended warranty on credit card can also be a option.

When my surface pen quit working. i was told it was not covered with my computer. They would not even look at the problem. I was told I would have to buy a new pen. The new pen never worked properly. Finally, it stopped working all together in about a week/. So I contacted Microsoft. Come to find out, it was a software issue. My original pen was replaced, along with the entire computer. Do not waste your money on Geek Squad service through Best Buy, they are not very helpful

I cannot give it many stars because I still do not know if my product is well supported with this insurance and they really comply with what they offer and it is the same as the rest of the insurance that tries to make excuses for not answering for what they offer and try to put obstacles to not answer for the articles I have not tried it yet and I do not know

I just found out that this is recalled. I would not purchase this.

This protection plan seems nice. I haven't had to use it yet but they said that even if someone steals my device they'll give me one for free.

The plan is not explained when sold. I have found out that if you have a problem with a purchase and Best Buy decides to replace it, they will say the plan is fulfilled and you have to buy another warranty for the replacement.

Purchased a toaster oven (Oster - Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven - Stainless-Steel Model Number: TSSTTVDG01) that went dead after a month. Returned it to local Best Buy today. BB said unit no longer available, would only offer amount paid for original unit on exchange. Problem is, I bought on a deal of the day, so I was losing the benefit of the savings I got on the original sale. When I asked about a "comparable model" for replacement per the product replacement portion of the 2-year replacement contract, the manager (Steude) said there was no comparable model available because the same model is no longer available. Contract says I would be given a "comparable" model if original was not available, Steude said there was no comparable model. I ended up having to pay extra for another brand item with similar features to the Oster I returned (closest unit to size, finish, and features to the original Oster. Would have been satisfied with replacement of the same unit, but although advertised online for a higher price than I paid for it a month ago, BB insisted unit is no longer available (and the is no "similar" unit that can replace it. Not happy with result of transaction, nor BB's interpretation of their own product replacement "warranty." BB lost an Elite Plus Member Customer today.
